I’m not usually one to be happy when a day is over but today, today was hell lol.
Work was incredibly busy, I slept like shit last night, I cut my finger yesterday and it hurts like hell, and all I wanted to do was come home and give up lol.
Here’s the thing though, I didn’t come home and I got my ass to the gym for some shoulders and had an awesome workout!!!
When you don’t feel like working out just do it. I promise you won’t ever regret it!

Still (forever*) working on core & diet, but been having some amazing and super effective workouts lately; especially leg/glute/hammie workouts that I always forget to record! I've been switching up my routine and I'm looooving the results!
I strained my neck & back last week as most of you know haha, so I took it easy today with a light weight high rep workout. [this is a good beginners workout!!] ↓↓↓
Warm up (super important): stretch, roll-out, elliptical 5-10 min
Side kicks on cable w ankle straps: 4x20
Kickbacks on cable w ankle straps: 4x20
Bulgarian split squats w dumbbells: 4x20
Straight leg deads w dumbbell: 3x20
Laying down hamstrings curls: 3x15
Leg press: 4x12
Smith machine sumo squats: 4x15
Smith machine squats close stance: 4x15
Simple crunches on bosu ball: 4x25
