Cashews are probably my fave nuts. Im not a big snacker but when I do buy snacks I am usually attracted to ones with cashews. One of my faves are these #cashewcookie bars by @nakdwholefoods Although I don't buy them much as I haven't found Spanish stockists yet. Also last time I was shopping with my sister @kale_and_cacao in #edinburgh we found these #cashewcrush bars in @aldiuk which actually have the same ingredients (simply 51% cashews and 49% dates) and they come in multipacks which is great! Unfortunately my #aldisupermarket here in #bilbao doesn't have them so I still have to stash both in my suitcase when I #travel back here 😎 Saying that it does make me savour the snacks in my drawer and not eat them all at once. Im going to have one today for my #merienda / #afternoonsnack #preworkout

This rainy weather has me craving some chocolate so I tried this with my oats:

1/2 cup oats
1/2 low fat milk
2 Tbsp. Coconut
1 heaped tsp. Nomu skinny hot chocolate powder

Toast oats and coconut until lightly browned and smelling delicious. Add chocolate powder and water and allow to boil. Add milk and simmer till desired consistency. 
It was so good! Doesn't require any extra sugar. The chocolate powder is sweetened already. 
Enjoy! 🍫❀️

I'm here because I believe in everyone having a voice, and I especially believe in the outburst of creative freedom and growth that comes from being self-employed in something you believe in. I want to see the freedom of letting others try that on for themselves here.

I chose this platform and products because they actually give your health while you're doing all the business-y things. You know: the long hours, the exhaustion, the time, the marketing, the conventions. There are lots of good businesses out there, but I want this one because health allows me to do much more.

I started Epiloc as my own little voice because I believe you can do it all and you don't have to sacrifice health. Well, we all have to put in the investment of time and effort to be healthy no matter what we are doing, but I'm thankful this platform and these products help merge both business and health seamlessly. We don't have to automatically think we need to sacrifice our health for our business work. That doesn't have to be an option here. It can be different, it will be different, and you can have the ability to choose that.

Um, these are incredible, gut healing, satiating, delicious fat bombs!

I wanted to make a little treat to have after dinner that wasn't too sweet, satiating and to help with digestion ALSO something to take on rides and hikes as my mate always tries to get me to eat
✨PROBIOTIC LEMON CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS✨ GOOD FATS ARE SO IMPORTANT FOR HEALTH! Check out my Facebook page for more info. Um, these are incredible, gut healing, satiating, delicious fat bombs! I wanted to make a little treat to have after dinner that wasn't too sweet, satiating and to help with digestion ALSO something to take on rides and hikes as my mate always tries to get me to eat "health bars" with 82 ingredients. I have a heap of @kulturedwellness fermented coconut yogurt and have been loving the benefits of probiotics and am eating fermented veg, kefir and yogurt with every single meal. I was snacking way too much on nuts and it wasn't agreeing with me at all. I emailed the always generous @noragedgaudas and she gave me some chapters to go back over in Primal Fat Burner and gently reminded me nuts are good but in small amounts. Soooo then these came about. These are like white chocolate, lemony creamy epic deliciousness. ✨RECIPE✨ πŸ”³3 TBS Grass fed ghee πŸ”³2 TBS Coconut Oil I use @loving_earth πŸ”³2 TBS Coconut paste I use @loving_earth πŸ”³2 TBS of plain @kulturedwellness coconut yogurt πŸ”³1 TBS Brain Octane oil I use @bulletproof πŸ”³ 1/2 Lemon, Juiced πŸ”³1/2 TSP of vanilla powder I use @bulletproof πŸ”³1 TBS Grass Fed Gelatin (optional) Add all ingredients EXCEPT the coconut yogurt (because we don't want to kill the probiotics) over very low heat, stirring until combined. (I didn't need to do this step as all my ingredients were at a liquid state) Allow to cool to a warm state, then whisk in the yogurt. Pour into moulds and place immediately in the fridge. Set for half hour and store in airtight container. If it's hot, they will melt! You can always replace the coconut oil with cocoa butter too-this will make them more tolerable to the heat and not melt. Vegan friends, definitely replace ghee with cocoa butter/coconut oil and leave out the gelatin. If you don't have brain octane oil, just add MCT or more coconut oil or coconut paste. Some miso aubergine for #meatfreemonday. Aubergines are so underrated as a vegetable but they are a great source of fibre, potassium, B1, B6 and magnesium πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½Not to mention they are full of antioxidants (found in their beautiful purple coloured skin. I love their meaty texture and they work so well in currys too. Hope everyone has had a great Monday.
