Last year I went to be:fit and I only knew a handful of people. This year I went and bumped into loads of people I know through instagram/ my blog and they were super friendly. I really feel that instagram is what you make of it and I hope you're using it to enrich your life. I used to spend all of my time on insta looking at photos of girls with my dream body and feeling terrible that I didn't look like them and looking at accounts who claim to have found the perfect diet and driving myself mad trying to follow them all at once. But it's far nicer now that I only follow the accounts of people who positively inspire me, I relate to and who I want to be friends with. @heyhollasnaps

Have to admit I have a hard time drinking plain water. I need it super cold with alooooootttta ice! 
The health benefits of water tho.....helps to flush your body, benefits your skin, reduces that puffiness look you can get from being dehydrated. Drinking a cup of ice cold water on an empty stomach each morning helps to get your metabolism going.

A few years ago, I was not known for health and fitness. It was actually the last thing on my mind. I spent years and years on yo-yo diets, fads and quick fixes.
