You might haven´t noticed but I too, have been struggling with self-esteem issues. By reading about it, practicing gratefulness and meditation I have come to feel better and accept myself and more important love myself. I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.
