I've been hesitant to post anything like this but oh well. I have ALWAYS loved fast food and food in general. Food has been my comfort for years and I am so happy to finally be breaking the addiction (seriously). Working out HARD for years and still not being where I wanted to be was extremely frustrating especially because I knew where I was going wrong. I would have my prepped food at home and STILL want to stop at chick fil a on my way home. I had a hard time saying no when temptation was in front of me. I didn't want to miss out on dinners with friends and family. I still don't want to miss out, but I know that a healthier balance is going to pay off in the long run. Here's to 2017. #jordankefit #newyearschallenge #onemoreweek #andmywholelifetogo

I missed checking in yesterday, and am running low on food photos, but here it is! I knew I was having dinner with the neighbours that would probably involve lots of cheese and wine, so I made sure to keep the rest of the day 👌🏼
30 minutes on the elliptical and the daily moves, plus a walk that registered as a bike ride because that snow is so bumpy 😂
M1: banana (frozen) peanut butter overnight oats
M2: chickpea muffin
M3: leftover Mexican tofu bowl
M4: none
M5: cheese and crackers + Caesar salad + escargot + French onion soup + loooooots of wine 🍷

This is down from 204 on 12/31/16! I am feeling even leaner than that. It might be grey today but not in my house. Looking for brightness and  energy. Staying focused on me and doing my new routine- 4:50 wake up. 5:00 am #coffeewithcody @cody_sattler where I get inspired, motivated and reminded of why I am doing this. 5:30 workout where I grind through a different customized workout every day and surprise myself when I think I can't do another burpee, push up or 25 minutes of running and I am here to say I am doing it and it feels great.  H A P P Y  F R I D A Y !!! I hope you also find some good energy and positive vibes today!  Breakfast egg scramble with @traderjoesfood rices cauliflower, mushrooms, @tabasco #sriracha, Avocado, and sprouts. #healthyfood #clean-eating #cleanfood #fitfam #newyearschallenge

Here's how to do it: Stand with feet together, a dumbbell in left hand. Step right foot forward into a lunge, resting right arm on thigh. Keep left elbow close to body as you row dumbbell to rib cage, then lower for 1 rep. Do 10 reps, then switch sides. Do 2 sets of 10 reps on each side. Doc gave me a clean bill of health! Even said she was impressed by how ridiculously good my good cholesterol is over my bad cholesterol. Also I updated my tdap shot and I have a feeling my arm is going to hate me later. I am just excited that my hard work with eating right and staying active is showing on the inside too. 💪 #healthierchoices #healthierlifestyle #teamself #newyearschallenge
