A couple things I wanted to touch on.
.. 1) Form and Repeatability.
-- Whether I have no weight on the bar or a max weight on the bar, my form and pre lift routine is exactly the same every time. Chalk my hands. Sit on the bench with my back against the bar. This allows me to line my feet up the same everytime. Get under the bar. Hand placement. Lift off. You shouldn't need clips to bench press. I moved the weight 15 times without moving the weight. .
2) Grip

Something that breaks my heart is seeing women and especially young girls pick themselves a part! We live in a World these days where everything is about how you look. When really there's much more to life than how flat your stomach is or how round and perfect your bum is. When I started out my fitness journey a few years ago, I would look at all of these girls on Instagram and I would pick myself apart and wonder how I could ever look like them, but then years later I realized the manipulation of angles, sucking in, posing, lighting, photoshop, butt implants, YOU NAME IT. If you're reading this and you find yourself often comparing yourself to women online.. girl stop! No one walks around looking perfect like that. Those angles are to show off best what was worked hard for. You need to love yourself in every single stage of your body. Love it during each process. Whether your cutting, bulking, or just starting your fitness journey you are still beautiful and you are God's creation. He loves every roll and every stretch mark. P.s. I have rolls when I slouch over! Everyone does โค stop comparing, start loving yourself and you will be such a happier human. Xo

My famous clean stir fried rice. This meal gives me life when I'm prepping. 
First: I scramble a whole egg, if you want a more cleaner version just do egg whites. 
Second: I add in my already prepped chicken (6oz for this specific meal) and 1/2 cup of jasmine rice and stir fry. 
Third: I added in 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce, Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning, as well as garlic powder. 
Once finished i drizzled it with Sriracha Sauce!

Non-alcoholic margarita because in prep, but this is still so delicious and simple! ๐Ÿค— Add @ergogenix Pre-workout glacier flavor, water, ice, splendia, and xanthan gum to make it thicker and blend! Coat the top around the glass with some extra pre for that extra kick and enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

As I was seemingly grinding through my #pullups as a warmup today, I made this mental affirmation that this workout was going to be lackluster. I know that it's not always about pushing yourself to your utmost limit, but rather staying #consistent. So I dialed the volume up on my tunes and grinded on. From one movement to the next things all started to fall into place and by the end of my #workout I was feeling fulfilled and happy with the work that I put in. Sometimes the workout itself becomes the very #therapy you need to work it all out. ๐ŸŒž

Let's talk bout cellulite ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ and the incredible effort I made to do my hair for dis pic ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผlol jks I'm sorry I know it's a riot๐Ÿ˜ญ but cellulite! So I used to absolutely hate my legs and bum cause that's all I ever used to see! I don't really suffer from stretch marks apart from my inner leg so I'm lucky for that but I used to have cellulite so bad and hate it๐Ÿ˜ฉnow it's a completely natural thing and pretty much everyone has it! #TransformationTuesday 1 week difference! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸฝWhen prepping for a show, one of the most important aspects to having a successful prep is having the appropriate coaching and guidance all throughout. Up until about a week ago, I've felt like I wasn't getting the attention or guidance I needed to step on stage looking my best. I believe in science being a exercise science college student therefore I decided to go with someone who believe in science as well and has a ton of education behind him ๐ŸŽ“ I wanted to make change, and the picture on the right has been the outcome thus far with @dylanbair_rd I am going on 1 week out from stepping on that Arnold Classic stage, and I've never felt more confident and excited about the package I'm bringing this year ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ† keep in mind not every coach clicks with every competitor! We are all special snowflakes โ„๏ธ and we all have different needs and approaches to dieting. I am so happy that I found someone who works with me this prep. Because science works ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผyour girl is ready to slay!

#TransformationTuesday 1 week difference! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸฝWhen prepping for a show, one of the most important aspects to having a successful prep is having the appropriate coaching and guidance all throughout. Up until about a week ago, I've felt like I wasn't getting the attention or guidance I needed to step on stage looking my best. I believe in science being a exercise science college student therefore I decided to go with someone who believe in science as well and has a ton of education behind him ๐ŸŽ“ I wanted to make change, and the picture on the right has been the outcome thus far with @dylanbair_rd I am going on 1 week out from stepping on that Arnold Classic stage, and I've never felt more confident and excited about the package I'm bringing this year ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ† keep in mind not every coach clicks with every competitor! We are all special snowflakes โ„๏ธ and we all have different needs and approaches to dieting. I am so happy that I found someone who works with me this prep. Low weigh in, Pr on hip thrusts, and best of all the good selfie room was open!!! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’œ Feel better than ever before and I'm so motivated from the inside out to keep improving. Hip thrusted my way up to 315x7, followed by 335x5. I remember when 135 felt heavy now I can rep it for 40!! Don't get discouraged, stick with it and you will progress ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ
