Good Morning Everyone! 😊 Here's a quick video of an exercise I did this morning. All it entails is JUMP-SQUAT-PULSE 🔥🔥. Pulsing movements are great for really isolating specific muscles. In this case I'm really exerting the most out of my lower body muscles: quads, hamstrings, thighs, calves and glutes. Also as you can see the range of motion is very minimal because I am holding alot tension(good tension) in my legs. This is a really muscle engaging workout for beginners because no matter how many reps and sets do you but if you hold this form throughout you will definitely feel the burn.
