4 eggs, 1 glass yogurt, 1 glass oil, 1.5-2 glasses flour, 1 coffeespoon salt, 1 packet baking powder, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, 2 potatoes(cubed), 1 small bowl of chopped scallion or onion, finely chopped dill. You can add other ingredients your choice too if you want.
Topping: sesames, black cumin.
Direction: Beat the eggs and mix in the oil and yogurt. Add flour and baking powder next and mix again just a little more. The batter should be watery like a cake batter. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it. Sprinkle sesames and black cumin all over. Bake at 180-190 degrees until goldenbrown. Leave to cool a little then slice and serve.
