We did a tree top adventure course yesterday. Which took A LOT of physical and mental strength.
I eventually had to get helped down from attempting the hardest run. BUT instead of dwelling on the fact I couldn't make it, which I was doing almost all afternoon, thinking if I was smaller I'd have done this. I'm focusing on the fact I did 2 full courses. Which were hard! And then found the strength to lift myself up a vertical rock climbing wall - the first part of the hardest run.
And I am proud to say mentally I could have kept going. Easily. Physically I couldn't hold myself anymore. And I did bloody amazing considering I haven't done any form of strength or fitness training for about 3 months. And I've got a herniated disc which causes me daily pain.
Very good example how I approach life as well often I'll try the hardest thing. Then not do as well as I thought, fall in a heap , compare myself, all that shit.
I need to be so much kinder to myself. ❤️ Thank you AGAIN ladies @red_rock_karratha
I'm of course wearing my @activetruth tights. From @moveyourbodyhf 😉
