Skincare is more then putting a cream or an essence on your face - the look of your skin is also influenced by your diet.
As I suffer from rosacea and some inflammations on my face, I went back to the basics...simple and good food with no strong spices and potential products that cause my face breakouts 😊
Also I'm very unhappy with my fitness-level and weight - for those of you who don't know me: I've danced and done sports pretty much my whole life (every day!), getting older and a stressful job changed body and skin and my sport-& eating habits a lot. That's why I began with a keto-diet and as soon as I get rid of my cold I'm gonna increase the amount of sports (right now it's twice a month) too.
